Troubleshoot & debug install package issues reported internally and

technologies to ensure compatibility.
Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and
Discover bugs and usability issues in software
Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing
Perform manual and automated testing
Record test progress and results
Research new tools, technologies, and testing processes
Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality
Maintain corporate simulation environment
Prioritizes routine work, respects schedule of others, flexible in

Prior experience working as a Software Tester or similar role
Experience developing Microsoft .NET applications
Experience using Microsoft TFS for managing Agile development,
including user story creation, sprint planning, and test management.
Experience working with relational databases
1+ Year Experience as a QA Tester or Similar Role, or an
Associates/Bachelor degree in Computer
Strong time management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and follow through
Ability to use appropriate independent judgment to make decisions
Ability to learn and apply organization policy and procedure
Highly self-motivated and directed
